My long career in education as an English teacher and a 30-year Guidance Counselor with the Diocese of St. Augustine provides a unique advantage for my clients. This background, paired with my experience as a Florida Supreme Court Mediator, means I approach every transaction with patience, sharp negotiating skills, and a commitment to providing thorough guidance through complex processes.

I have been proudly living and working in the greater Daytona Beach area for the last 12 years, offering clients deep local knowledge and community connections. Before settling in Ormond Beach, I enjoyed 30 wonderful years in Atlantic Beach. When I'm not focused on finding the next perfect property, you can find my partner and me enjoying motorcycling, exploring local attractions, trying out new restaurants, or planning our next trip abroad—I especially love traveling through Europe.
